Night Shift

This is Night Shift, and now we finally have the Supernova page. We're a band from Oakville Ontario, and we have been jamming for about 5 years now... it started with just Mike (miker) Richardson and Mike Stofko, and they were "The Originals" but then, there was a lawsuit against them, because the name The Originals was already used.. (HAHA SPINAL TAP!!!) no, but seriously. it started with Stofko and Miker, (Miker was the drummer at this point) and were called "All Mike's Rule" but then they got a bassist, called Dan Giles. Well, Dan wasn't a Mike, now was he? so then they changed the name to O.C (on coke...the drink that is). things were great, up untill Miker was finding that the drummer's throne wasn't as confortable as he thought, and he wanted to play rhythm guitar. Well, Luckily, they found Alex Kirby, who was an even better drummer than Miker. So, Miker switched to guitar, and Kirby was added onto the roster. Shortly afterwords, our name seemed to clash with the popular (yet pointless) show, the OC, so it was changed again to Night Shift. things were good, they had Stofko on vocals, untill they found that Kirby could sing. But it still wasn't good enough. start the chapter..."THE HUNT FOR A SINGER" Holy crap! How many singers have we had? We had Sean Walsh, who dropped out after a kuffuffel with Stofko (good thing too, cause he couldn't sing for the life of him), then we had Andrew Ahmed, who tried to rap to our songs, and we had Mike Godberson, who stuck around for a while. but unfortuantly, his voice wasn't fitting in that well, and the microphone was passed to Kirby again. now we have a new member. Pat Rivera, who plays keyboard, and soon to sing, which will give Kirby and Stofko a break. So far, he's been fitting in quite nicely if you have facebook, search for our group
