When Sum41 gets stuck in a hole with Blink182 added with Pop and gets mixed into one, you get this ordinary guy with energy and drive to succeed in the music biz. With The Influences of Blink 182 and Sum 41, and a mainstream sound that people are dying to hear. Mike Montoni has played numerous of shows in the last three years at such venues as El Mocombo and the Opera House. Mike Montoni placed first in the Supernova Battle of the Bands Series for 2 shows in a row. Reps from "Showcase of America" and "Supernova" believe Mike will go very far in the industry. In a city full of amazing musicians, He Makes it a point to stand out from the crowd. Mike met many bands such as; Outspoken,Farewell to 44, and The Ataris. With such influences he has made a few pronominal songs, and has had recording experience at Big Room Studios. Mike should be back in the studio in January 2009 in Nobleton at Outspoken Entertainment, with fellow Musicians, Anthony Mascarin and Alex Mascarin. After January 31st 2009 Mike Montoni's 3 Track Demo Was Released onto iTunes, Amazon, and Rhapsody. He is on the way to recording a new single in late augest. On May 15th-17th Mike Montoni was enrolled in the " Showcase of America " where he had the opportunity to play his song in front of a panel of 40 talent scouts from almost all over the world. He also got to model on the runway and he got to act out a skit of a television commercial, After the competition, Mike Montoni had a call back from .. Jim Purdy, and hopes to work with Jim in the near future. On November 30th of 2009, Mike is coming out with a new single for all the world to hear.
