There are allot of local music shows to see this summer, but only one can be considered a full on production and spectacle. Kazzoshay, Terebelam and Black Optic at the Park Theatre on July 23rd is a show that will raise the bar for what people should look to expect from local music acts. Prog-Glam Rockers Kazzoshay will be headlining the night with their infamous heart stopping theatrical show of decapitated mannequins, embryo sacks, boas, chains, masks, fake blood and an epic light show. However the show will not be stolen by a single band, Terebelam will be debuting a brand new power house vocalist and are one of the only local bands to use stunning projections as a backdrop to their show. Opening the show will be the Metal outfit Black Optic who are a mainstay and cornerstone the the local music scene. All three bands will be shooting HD cameras to gather footage to use for upcoming music videos and promo kits so they are making a extra effort to fill the venue and prove that they are forces to be reckoned with. Even more so this event at The Park Theatre is a unity of three different bands working together to give you complete package; there will be merch bundles that include all artists, iTunes giveaways and even more so a stage show that stands above anything else you'd see from a local act. Kazzoshay, Terebelam, and Black Optic hope to use this event to kick start a new attitude in Winnipeg. A attitude that is more than showing up stoned and drunk and banging out a few tunes. A attitude in which Winnipeg has not only pride in their musicians and music scene but pride in creative showmanship, friendship and professionalism that audeinces and listeners won't forget and will support for years to come.
