You want to hear this band, it's as simple as that.
In early 2000, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Robert Takacs set out on a project to make the kind of music he wanted to hear. To combine his love for all things heavy and electronic, but to bring it together with a deep respect for the art of songwriting. With influences ranging from Nine Inch Nails and Rob Zombie, to KISS, Queen and The Beatles, Edges of Seven has always been about the song.
Between 2003 and 2012, Eo7 the band saw its share of line-up changes, ultimately resulting in the current 7 headed juggernaut that is tearing up Vancouver stages! Robert (keys, vox, programming), Corey Hunt (keys, programming), Steve Booth (bass), dual lead guitarists Mark S and Si6, drummer Justin Krem, are joined by vocalist AmAlien in Eo7's debut video for the recently released single "Infinity".
The bands' debut album was 2006' "Born Again Hard", with Robert handling vocal duties at the time. The first single, "I Hide" was what really got the Eo7 a lot of attention, including a run on AOL Radio:
"Edges of Seven 'I Hide' is a hit on AOL Radio. It's getting a strong
listener reaction that is on par with, if not better than, the latest
singles from artists such as Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Serj Tankian,
Atreyu, and Korn."

Hitting Stages from Vancouver, to the Whiskey a-Go-Go in Hollywood, and playing with bands like Helmet and Econoline Crush, Eo7 moves onto the World stage in 2012!
