As long as I can remember, I've always loved music. Growing up I spent
most of my time trying to play instruments, and trying to sing along to
every song I knew. Even when I was young, I can remember several times,
trying to get a bunch of friends together to play music, or to be in a
band. As time went on I began trying to write my own music and my own
lyrics. My parents would find pieces of scrap paper all over the house
with different rhymes or different muscial parts written on them.
I didn't start playing guitar until I was 13, before that I had always
messed around with drums, or toy keyboards and things like that. Ever
since I picked one up for the the first time, I couldn't put it down.
It took me a while to learn it myself, but as time went on I soon
started playing along to all my favourite songs, and even started
writing some of my own.
This isn't really a band, or a side project. It's just a chance for me
to get all the songs that I write in my free time out there for people
to listen to. I'm always writing songs, so I thought it would be a
waste to just let a lot of them go to waste, which is why I've started
this.
The songs vary from each other, some are me sitting down to write a
song about a specific situation or feeling, others are just a product
of me waking up in a cold sweat late at night in my bed with a tune or
lyric in mind. They're not designed to be anything specific, or to
attract people's attention, they're just simply me.
