Billy was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada. The youngest of five children, he traveled throughout his career, settling in places like Vancouver BC, Venice Beach California, Key West Florida and Gunma Japan as a professional musician at Lockheart Castle.
Billy is an accomplished artist with his roots in musical theatre, painting, sculpture, film and video. His parents were theatre producers so Billy literally grew up backstage, on the road.
He is currently working on his 3rd studio album, working title 'Bad kid Joe' while producing a string of other video and musical projects along the way.
