It started with a breakup. Four Surrey teens putting a band together, ending up in a split decision. The lead guitar player and the drummer going one way and the rhythm guitar and bassist going another. Finding a drummer in the summer of 2010, Aim For Sunday began playing as a three piece with Nick McComber (14) on bass, Nik Pang (14) playing guitar and Jojo "LKD" Louangkhamdeng (15) on drums. In late 2011, Hayden Clare (13) was added to the mix as the second guitar player.
They got solid gigs right from the start. The response they get from their fans keeps them going in a positive direction. Inspired by bands such as Green Day, My Chemical Romance, All Time Low, Short Stack and others, Aim For Sunday hopes to succeed in bringing their talent to the forefront of the indie music scene in Vancouver.
These four teens from Surrey BC put everything they have into writing and performing their own brand of music. Competing against older bands with many more years of experience, Aim For Sunday fearlessly takes the stage entertaining fans of all ages.
