Formed in November of 2011, childhood friends, Angus and Matt, decided to start a band with a southern rock sound modelled after bands like Drive-By Truckers and Lucero. After acquiring drummer, Josh Armstrong, and bassist, Sam Hawkins, they began playing shows around Vancouver and establishing a small but devoted following. In the short time Swagger Back Home has been around they have recorded a 10 song demo which they plan to press and sell themselves. In the future they hope to take over Vancouver, and then the world.
