When I was 12 and the girls at school were screaming for boy bands, I was at home growing attachments to NIN, Pink Floyd, Jesus and Mary Chain, Hendrix, and so many others. In high school, I was too weird for the popular kids who had 50 Cent blasting from their headphones and I couldn't hang with the goths and metalheads because I am Asian and cursed with looking like I belong in Girl Scouts for the rest of my life. You may think I want to sell you thin mints when all I want to do is get bruised in a mosh pit. Oh well, I give truth to the phrase "Don't judge a book by its cover." Oh yeah, I intern at Supernova assisting in the booking of bands for the Ontario region. If you want to play a particular show, let me know. I also intern at War Child Canada in the Music/Special Initiatives Dept. In my spare time I go to a LOT of shows, watch filthy, sick, twisted, and demented films, and write my novel which is largely inspired by the music that has touched my life.
