Our Hidden Shaman all began in 2004 with the writing partnership between multi-instrumentalist Jeff Caron and singer/lyricist Tammy Brown. Over the next 5 years the duo developed material centred around acoustic guitar and voice, performing in a few open-mic venues in the Vancouver area. In 2009 drummer Nando Polesel joined the fold and the band became electrified. Shortly after, modest demo recordings were made and in 2010 the band performed at the UBC Recital Hall, opening a show for The Enemy Within film & music premier.
