Coming out of Abbotsford B.C. Old Mare an Alt.Rock/Alt.Country band with a whole lot of heart and soul. Having releasing their E.P. , "YOU DESERVE MORE" in January of 2012. YOU DESERVE MORE has in recent months charted on college radio at CIVL, CJSF, and has been added to the play lists of CFBX in Kamloops, some stations in Alberta and Old Mares' single,"Cloak&Dagger" was the song of the day on May 2nd,2012 on CBC Radio 3.

The focus of the band is to write strong songs and to put on great live shows. Old Mare belives in themselves and puts it out there. Old Mare has shared the stage with Artists like The Left, YOU SAY PARTY!, Jordan Klassen,Chris Hislop, and Yuca and are looking forward to what the future has to bring.
