Hollowpoint “There is a Hollowpoint to every situation in life” Penetanguishene Ontario is a small town on Georgian Bay with a population around 10,000. Being one of the oldest towns in Ontario, if not Canada, Penetanguishene is known for many different things, and has many known athletes & a few musicians. But one of the hidden gems yet to be discovered is a band called “Hollowpoint”. Hollowpoint consists of members from 3 of the area’s known bands from the music scene (Stealing July, Scapegoat & Pulmonary Fall Line) going back to 2001. Their backgrounds consist of Pop Punk, Metal, Rock, & Hardcore. So when you take these elements & put them together something is bound to happen. “We’re Chemical” is a quote the band uses quite often, meaning that they look at things as they all collide together like chemicals do. They’ve just found a way to co-exist & not destroy each other like chemicals do, & thats through their music. Formed by the pure & undying love to play music, & a true belief that this is what they are meant to do, Hollowpoint has come together to take a hold of their dreams & will let nothing stand in their way. With a more melodic approach to their music & having the opportunity to grow musically over the years, this group of 5 guys are setting sail & ready to make a big impact on the musical landscape, first in their hometown, then... the world!
