Garrett Stevens has built a strong foundation for himself as a self-taught musician. He started off playing small venues in Kispiox ( a village within the North-West Coast of British Columbia) and for the past 2 years has been living in the East Side of Vancouver. Garrett has put his musicianship to the test by writing new songs and performing sets for different aboriginal organizations. Mostly ...known for his performances at the Urban Native Youth Association (UNYA) and the 'Knowledgable Aboriginal Youth Association' (known as KAYA) where he had also recorded his demo CD (now available for purchase). Recently he has opened up for the renown native blues artist by the name of Murray Porter at the Yale Hotel (twice).
