Thanks to my older brother Thierry who once forgot his old Harmony acoustic guitar at my parents' place when I was 11, I caught an irremediable bug to write and play music ever since. Years later down the road of musical hard knocks and victories, having done it all, from Jazz to Pop, from Brazilian to Soul music, from a North American tour with Cirque du Soleil to a Juno Award nomination... Enter my 1st solo album. Fashionably late and right through the front door! 1000 thanks to Montreal's musician community for being such a hugely talented, generous and inspiring family! On my upcoming solo record, produced by Alexis Dufresne and myself, the core band is Pascal Racine-Venne (drums), Simon Dolan (bass), and myself (vocals & guitars). Special guests are Sacha Daoud (drums); John Sadowy and Joshua Lebofsky (keys); Morgan Moore (double bass). Stay tuned good people!
