Yates Street is a good representation of what it means to be on a One Way St. Yes it is actually a one way street but more then that it's a place where drug users, drug dealers, prostitution takes over at night and I'm not going to say "It's a One Way Street to Hell" but... It is certainly a "One Way Street to Living Hell"!!
