ChesterKreetch started when drummer Darryl Boyko met guitar player Randy Scott in a small town called Macklin,Sask. The two had the same taste for music and thus began the search for others with the same passion. After a couple of auditions they ran into singer Jeff Gosse. The three then wrote their first CD Banks of Overall with the help of bassist Kerry McGowen. The band went out on tour opening for Bands such as Nazereth,BuckCherry and others. The band took a small break to gather thoughts and make some changes. They brought in vocalist Charlotte Penton who had done backup vocals on the CD and bassist Dave Small who had played with Darryl in another project prior as a guitar player. This addition gave the band a new outlook that at present is writing and doing some small gigs in and around. The two vocalists give that perfect harmony and versatility the band was looking for. Crunching out the bottom end that is provided from the hard and aggressive playing on the drums and the thundering bass of a well fitted rhythm section. Screaming lead solos and hooks give the sweet tones for the vocalists to smooth out the hard edged songs that are now being written for the next CD.
